All products sold on Synth Mart are digital items (such as VST plugins, synthesizers, presets, and sound libraries).
- After your payment is successfully processed, your download link and license key (if applicable) will be sent automatically to your registered email address.
- You can also access your purchased files anytime by logging into your Synth Mart account and visiting your order history.
⏱️ Delivery Time:
Instant — usually within a few minutes of completing your order.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour due to system or email delays.
📩 2. Didn’t Receive Your Product?
If you haven’t received your product download email within one hour:
- Check your spam/junk or promotions folder.
- Verify that your payment was successful.

We’ll quickly verify your order and resend the download link.
🌍 3. No Physical Shipping
Synth Mart does not ship any physical items. You will not receive any CDs, USB drives, or printed materials. All content is delivered electronically.
