All sales on Synth Mart are final once the digital product has been downloaded or activated. However, we do understand that certain situations may require special consideration.

You may request a refund only under the following conditions:

  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
  • You received a defective or corrupted file that cannot be fixed by our support team.
  • You never received your product download link or license key due to a verified technical issue.

In these cases, our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a full or partial refund.


๐Ÿง  2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • Your system does not meet the minimum technical requirements listed on the product page.
  • You purchased the wrong product and downloaded it.
  • You are requesting a refund after 7 days of purchase.

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief reason for your refund request

We will review your case and respond within 3โ€“5 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your payment provider.


๐Ÿ“ฆ 5. Exchanges or Replacements

If you received a broken, missing, or corrupted download file, we will provide a replacement file at no extra cost before issuing a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts found engaging in fraudulent behavior, chargeback abuse, or license misuse.
